At Mi Libro de Mensajes, we are committed to delivering high-quality personalized products that meet your expectations. We take pride in our creations and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Final Design Review
Before finalizing your order, you may view a preview or confirm personalization details. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review these details (names, dates, spelling, design, etc.). Once the order is placed, Mi Libro de Mensajes is not responsible for content errors or spelling mistakes made by the customer at the time of ordering.
In the case of Guest Books for Events, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review, moderate, and approve all content (texts, photos, videos, and audios) uploaded by guests to the platform before giving the final print order.
Quality and Variations
Slight variations in color and tone may exist between what you see on a digital screen and the final physical product. These minor differences are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
No Return Policy for Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of our products (created exclusively for you), we do not offer refunds or returns if you have changed your mind or if you made a mistake when ordering. In accordance with current consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Cancellation of Event Packs (Weddings and Communions)
As a service delivered in several phases, the following rules will apply in case of cancellation by the customer before the completion of the service:
- If you cancel before the physical signs with QR codes have been manufactured and shipped: a 100% refund will be issued.
- If you cancel after the QR signs have been shipped or the digital platform enabled, but before confirming the printing of the final book: the proportional part corresponding to the physical materials already delivered and the use of the server/platform will be deducted from the refund.
- Once the customer approves the final design and the book enters the printing process, the product is considered 100% personalized, and no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
Warranty and Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to what you ordered due to our error:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at [email protected].
- Attach clear photos of the defect or damage to the product and the packaging (if applicable).
- Once the error has been verified on our part, we will proceed to provide a solution or a full refund.
