Not at all. They just open their phone camera, scan the QR on their table, and a simple web page opens where they can upload their message, photo, video, or audio instantly.
We generate unique QR codes printed next to each multimedia message. When you scan the QR in the book, the original video or audio plays back. The book can literally be heard and seen.
We recommend ordering at least 1 month in advance to allow time for the QR table signs to be delivered. During peak season (April–October), the sooner the better.
Yes. You have access to your private platform where you choose the typography, colours, title, and cover photo. You can also use a default template if you prefer to keep it simple.
Once you approve the final version, the book is printed and arrives home depending on the chosen shipping option. International shipping is available with timings adjusted to the destination.
Absolutely. We use servers in the European Union, SSL encryption, and are fully GDPR compliant. After your book is printed, any data not stored in the QRs is automatically deleted from our systems.
A family member can scan the QR for them and help them leave a message. They can also submit content later using the link you share, until the closing date.
We offer free international shipping for the books. QR table signs are shipped free within Europe.
